Paradigm = the way we are used to think and do things
Because we do not constantly upgrade our paradigm, we fail. This can happen to any organisation, anybody, company, country, and church.

Switzerland is the world's leading watch-maker, with 80% of the world's watches produced by them. However, in the 80s(not sure), Japan overtook them, in becoming the leader of the production of watches in the world, by using the newest and most advanced Quartz crystal technology. This technology, was not invented by the Japanese or any other country, it was invented by the people of Switzerland. The watch-makers of Switzerland did not accept this technology because they deemed it "impossible" to be the technology to be used in future watches, n thus failed to upgrade their paradigm. However Japan took the initiative to upgrade their paradigm, and by doing this, it totally turned their economy around.
To succeed, we must constantly upgrade our paradigm in our daily lifes.
We as children of God, must step out in faith, and go in a new spiritual paradigm. God wants us to cross new barriers, and rise to greater heights.Conformity is the shortest route to acceptance in a crowd.

Hebrews 11We must cross five different lines
1. The line of the unknown
Hebrews 11:11-12
Need to do things, explore, and experience things and issues that we do not know of.
2. Line of Comfort
Hebrews 11:9, 12:2
To change our paradigm, we need to get out of our comfort zone, that means doing things which we don't like to do, or make us uncomfortable.
3. The line of Immpossibility
Hebrews 11:11
We should always have faith in God that even the immpossibilies are achievable through God. God delights in seeing us put faith in him.
4. The line of Positive Affirmation

Doing things that gain people's praise and liking is not always good. What people are happy with are not always right. To go in a new spiritual paradigm, we cannot do things that other people are happy with. We must do things, which are deemed to be right by the bible, even though it does not receive positive feedback from other people.
5. The line of the Pull of The World
Galatians 6:9
When u do something different, the world will try to pull u back. However, the further u go, the lesser u can feel the pull. But if u're able to free yourself from the pull, your faith will make their fear visible
We, as christians, should not stay at the same "boring" state everyday. We should strife to enrich our life by being a line-crosser for God, and acheive new, but yet more wonderful things at the end of the day.
