What to do when u are SLEEPY in class. =](since school has just started)

First,get up on ur feet.
As a warm up, start with a little bit of taichi...

Then do as the above to ease the tension on ur shoulders and neck...

Now swing ur arms to relax ur muscles...

Move to the left, then to the right

Then vice versa..

Pls dun follow the cartoon and turn ur head 360 degrees.
Just turn ur head 180 degrees can liao. Dun force and break ur neck.
After that, bend down to touch ur toes.
Repeat until u are giddy.

Grab anything hard on ur table
And smash it hard on ur forehead.
If u still feel sleepy,
Smash even harder.

Next,move ur body side to side and swing ur arms like this.
Do it like nobody's business and remember to smile. =]

After that, shuffle ur feet and move like this.
Do it like theres no problem at all.

Now,be more aggressive.
Dun bother about the weird stares from the ppl around u.

Let go of all ur stress and tiredness.

If ur teacher ask u what u are doing,
Move ur head slowly like this
And tell them u are dying in the classroom.

And if ur teacher walks away,
Get ur classmates to join u in this movement.
The more the merrier.

Finally, dance like a cat.
If all fails and u are still sleepy,Just grab a pillow and sleep under ur table.At ur own risk.Janice.
